鸿运控股正式收到来自大股东马来西亚投资机构的私有化献议。

用以收购的资金将来自借贷。这次的私有化不会涉及特别股，也不会影响这个月的股息派发，所以现有股东无需担心。

马投资机构将收购未持有的鸿运控股股票，总数为9560。它提出的献购价为每股1.05令吉，整项私有化的计划将耗资高达10,038令吉。所有股东皆能在这项议案中投票，除了马来西亚投资机构。

这议案的通过需获得75%的赞成票，并且反对票的股权不能超过10%。若议案被通过，所有股东将被强制接受这个价码并脱售所持股票。
