The proposal had been rejected because the disagree vote had more than 10%. HYHB still accept privatization offer, so who is interested, he can send the proposal to HYHB.

HYHB had bought an oil company in eMY with 50g-Petronas Oil. Its abbreviation will be PO.
We had loan for 25g to buy this company, and 5g of it had been pay back.
