I am a very lucky man that I can welcome you as the members of the Phoenix alliance. For months PHX and France were working together in military issues like the 2 high wood battles and in LK and of course in many other battles. Now the time has come to take your well earned position in PHX. With this position you earned safety but responsibility too!

So once again welcome France in Phoenix! Good luck in your new alliance.
