patton
This morning I am reporting to the Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. For the next few weeks I will be going through hell and it is reasonable to assume I will be far away from a computer. Hell week should be over in about two weeks so I might be able to come back then. Until that time Merolk will be managing my companies. Wish me luck

Good luck! 🙂
Good luck, Patton, and have fun. I\'ll do my best to manage your companies.
See ya soon. 😃
good luck 🙂
ohhh ... hell week ... is there a heaven week also? ... cheers!
patton, some of us have been through similar institutions, in armies less \"nice\" than the US 🙂
good luck
patton, go there with like ... 30 pairs of socks and 20 of underpants.
They are vital in a military camp. Also, don\'t go without wet tissues, you know, like handkerchiefs, only made of paper and wet, for cleaning your hands when you don\'t have water.
You\'re lucky that hell week takes only 2 weeks, in other armies is around 7 weeks.
And of course, no net.
And patton, get some plastic bags, huge ones, like the ones used for garbage. 20-30 of them fit in the pocket.
They are useful to put your things inside, in the backpack, when you march. If the platoon has to march through the rain, your stuff stay dry.
Don\'t scare him 😉
And also take a ton of cookies, candies, anything you can buy, is sweet and can last longer than your usual sweets.
Candy is the equivalent of GOLD in a military camp. That and toilet paper. The white kind.
Candy? try cigarettes 😛
ImaNewbie, cigarettes are not allowed during hell week. Try chewing tobacco.
And yeah, candy.
candyand cigarettes?try playboy=0
No playboy in hell week.
Good luck patton.
Don\'t take Victor\'s advices as jokes. He had done this allready. Me also.
Hell will be like holiday for you after these 2 weeks.... But hey.. smile ! .. tomorrow will be much worst.
We wait you to come back.... in one piece. 😉
@Flint, I would invite you to spend some time in some of the armies in this world. Nobody said anything about lack of alcohol or beatings.
