TxT Loan - The New Way!

In these economical crisis times I have done what I can to help the little man and started TxT Loan - A service for You who need a smaller amount of Cash FAST!

At The moment there are three different types of TxT Loans:

A. 1-500 GBP
B. 501-1000 GBP
C. 1001-2000 GBP

Below You can read information and the Terms of Conditions for each type of TxT Loan.

A. When you choose this type of Loan a fee of 35 GBP is added. You as a Loan taker have three days to repay your loan plus the fee starting from the time that the money have been donated to the Loan taker. If you can't repay within these three days TxT Loan shall be informed, and then it wil only cost 8 GBP for every overdue day instead of the standard 16 GBP. So it do pay off to contact us.

B. The fee for this Loan type is 65 GBP, this Loan shall be repayed at latest five days after the money has been trasfered to the Loan taker. The daily overdue fee is 35 GBP and 16 GBP if the Loan taker informs TxT Loan about the delay.

C. The fee for this type of Loan is 95 GBP. This loan is to be repayed at the latest 7 days after the money have been transfered to the Loan taker. If payment is delayed the Loan taker will pay the daily overdue fee of 50 GBP. If TxT Loan is informed about the delay the daily fee is reduced to 30 GBP.

When the Loans are to be repayed it shall be done in a lump, and not in smaller instalments, to reduce the administational part for TxT Loan.

If you want a TxT Loan, simply PM Oscdar with the type of loan and the desired sum. Ex: "Loan B X GBP" and the money will be transfered as quick as humanly possible. By PMing you agree that you understand the Terms of Conditions of the TxT Loan services. In the rarity of a Force Majeure TxT Loan retain the right to an emediate payback, of course without any additional fees.

All stocks from the initial stock release are sold. To become a part of the TxT Loaning Group please make your way to the Royal Stock Market and contact any of the stock holders to make a deal.
OBS! All deals must be registered to me by both parts.

Information to eventual stock holders:

*The B-stocks will give you votation rights in the TxT Loan business, but the ultimate decision will be from the TxT Loan CEO Oscdar.
* As an owner of B-stock you have right to an eventual payoff. This might be changed depending on how the TxT Loan business goes.

To buy stocks you will PM me with how many stocks you're buying, and donate the money for the stocks. As fast as I see that you have donated to me I will put you up on the list of shareholders and you will recieve a confirmation message from me.

fraser dickerson: If you were smart you would learn how to express yourself correctly, you make me feel ashame over your poor eSoul. This loan is a way to help newbs, not players with an unwanted attitude. But you are of course welcome to take the loan if you feel like it.

I just have a quick question:
If I understand correctly, your issuing 20 shares to the public at 1.000 GBP each. So this makes your business being valued at 40.000 GBP, on the assumption that you are retaining 50% of the shares.

So if this assumption is right, can you tell me which base have you used to make this valuation? what assets does your business have?

This enterprise currently have a net worth of 458 000 GBP. That is 11 times the original investment that was bargained in this article.
