To those citizens that have awoke to find themselves trapped behind enemy lines, these instructions are for you. To move back into the United States, you will need two moving tickets. Players cannot move between nations currently at war without going through a neutral nation first. Therefore, using your first moving ticket, go to your profile page. To the right of your avatar, just below your shout box, is your current location. Beneath it is a button that says "Change". Click this button to be taken to the change location page. Below your current location is a drop down menu of every nation in the New World. Select a neutral one such as Peru or Australia, then select any region within that nation and click "Move".

Congratulations, you are now a temporary resident of a neutral nation. Now, the second moving ticket is to return to the United States. Follow the instructions above, except choose the United States from the nation drop down menu and either Florida or New Jersey from the region drop down menu. Click "Move" again and voila, you are again a resident of the United States and able to fight against our enemies again.

The reason not much money was spent in the early days of the program was due to the government donating tickets to me to donate to citizens in need. The money listed as spent was money I spent purchasing moving tickets and does not include the value of donated tickets. The government donated 140.67 gold to the program as well, covering slightly over half of the total amount spent on tickets. The rest came from private donations and my personal funds. I want to thank everyone who has contributed to the program through your donations. Without your help, our nation would have significantly fewer people.
