Dear fellow congressmen!

I propose this law with the hope of understanding me! If you visit and study our economical situation, you`ll see that the VAT tax income is ridiculous. So I suggest to "delete" these taxes by pushing them below 5%!!!

I make the first step, and propose the food VAT rate to lower!
