The problem of overproductivity

I don't know how the other companies are doing but I have 100 Q2 food and it is not selling very well. We may be making too much food in this county. Too many companies were opened and now we are making more food then we can consume. Also, salaries are not very good so bying higher quality food is rather expensive. (Level 7 worker is making only around 8 COP a day and Q3 food is around 5 COP). To better understand the situation of our economy plz fill out this form below.

There are too many companies indeed... There already were to much of them at the time this article was written.
I myself have started my company here as early as it was possible (however there were few hours of waiting for the price of COP to go down). By that time there was no overproductivity on the market, well it was no productivity at all 🙂
But after the first steps - while the first companies have been founded, and the job market and the manpower was kinda balanced - the number of companies started to grow like hell, as it is growing even now...
And that growing doesn't make any sense at all. As a new company manager myself I have made lots of calculations and have come to the conclusion, that it would be perhaps the best oppurtunity to start a company in a new founded country (there are of course other fine places, but founding a rescourse company is the very basic step need to be taken).
However as always there were some brilliant people totally ignorant to common sense, and flooded the job market with manpower hungry companies, and those demands cannot be statisfied, at least until the population grows. And with that they are ruining other companies' business as well, causing low-employee productivity problems. Well congratulations to them!
