The beer virus

Day 4,507, 03:30 Published in USA USA by KingTaco

Hi all,

We've been talking in my office tonight about the state of covid-19, the politics around it, etc and we've come to the conclusion that we should be worried about it, but not in a panic. I think the majority of people will get it in the world/United States and I think we should be doing anything we can to prevent the spread. I live in a state that has a small population that is well spread out, we currently have 50 cases of Covid-19 in my state, including 3 in my county yet we don't seem to be doing a whole lot in terms of closures and such. I get a sense that the members of our community feel this is just a slightly worse flu and it'll be over soon enough. This could be true, maybe it will be over by the end of next month. If this continues the way it is it'll for sure be one for the history books, just all I ask is that you be safe and clean so you don't end up being a statistic. This whole ordeal can go either way- my biggest concern is that if the outbreak gets out of hand in the United States and hospitals are full to the brim with patience, who is taking care of the other illnesses such as heart attacks, strokes, car accidents, diabetes, etc? How many are going to die from those issues because they can't get the help they need? It's so hard to see what is what with media being so click hungry; and thats not even something that is recent - as long as news has existed that is their sole purpose. I really hate to just be another dang article about this Virus that is going on, but because my job is considered essential, which I find funny because I work for the Lottery, unless both Vermont and New Hampshire's governments close I will thankfully have a job, because as rumors have it (they have a lot of things these days), I sadly won't get paid a dime if we close for a period of time. Do y'all feel safe? Do you have enough money to survive a while?

Please stop buying so much TP, I need TP for my bunghole.

Much love,
POC0bob

P.S. Be sure to check out my lottery post, you could win a chunk of change 🙂
