Hi eUSA. I've come to speak with you about a certain rule that not only do I dislike, but it's a feature that breaks the admins own rules? Lol!
The 3 day rule is a rule that if you are hired by a company, you must for 72 hours, and until then, the only way to leave the job is if: the company runs out of RM's or Money, or the company manager fires you. It's a quite restricting rule, and sometimes troops on assignment can't work (what if we're deployed all over). It also affects the lower level eRepublikan. I ask you low level citizen of eUSA, if you aren't 100% sure on the whole Quality thing and take a crappy job, it's impossible to quit for 3 days! That could screw you over.
Let's look at the hilarious part. The rule doesn't allow you to leave your company, which is your choice to work at, correct? Found here: http://www.erepublik.com/en/forum/topic/86399/erepublik-laws/1 , law 1.1 states: 1.1 Every citizen has the right to choose what company to work for and to receive a payment in exchange for his/her work..
So, you can't choose your company until after 72 hours of working somewhere you really don't want to work at? Think about that, eMericans.
Heymans,

interesting.
Voted. That screwed me over more than once when I was a lower level.
Yóu have a point, comrade.
No 72-hour rule in Romania?
Got evidence?
Good point, btw. Voted.
It doesn't violate the rule -- you can choose which company you want to work for, just not frivolously. It's not like you can't change companies ever, just not more than once every three days.
I'm currently in Romania, 72-hour rule still applies.
Good points made. Voted
Blue Holt, I was told this by ChrisDF0
true, I hate that rule
"there isn't any 72 hour rule in Romania."
Whoa, should have told me that one time when I was stuck in romania unable to quit my job.
Yeah, I needed a job to keep my record for Hard Worker medal so I found that rule out after joining a 5 star company. No house, not rich enough or getting enough money for gifts....
ya really good point, my bro was working somewhere and the company took him down to 1usd from 6 and he had to wait more then a day to leave
My friend lost his Hard Worker medal because on the 30th day he went to work the company was out of RM and it wouldn't let him leave.
Enyar, that's impossible. As a company manager, you can't lower someones salary till after 3 days of them working.
don't mean to spam but if you love the eUSA vote up this article!

This one constantly takes in noobs-- the noob sees the highest salary in a level 0 or 1 job, takes it, and only realizes later that it's a Q2 or Q3 company. Most of us have had this experience.
I agree, im new and i cant move on from my first job, until a couple more days, that's a load of manure.
