Thanks for #4 Mississippi!

Day 554, 07:49 Published in USA USA by Bill Brasky

Mississippi, I know this is late but real life has been battling with eRepublik lately, and I wanted to do you guys and gals justice.

Thank you, for a fourth time. Thank you for your continued confidence in me, and I give you my word and the promise that comes along with it that I will maintain the excellence I have brought to the position of Mississippi Congressman over the past 3 months. I’m plan on (finally) publishing the Anti-Corruption Act this term, putting the Public Disclosure Act into action (doing this today actually!), and being more active this term on the whole. Thank you for this re-election, I won’t let you down.

That being said, I have a lot of thank yous and shout outs. First I would like to thank my opponents Citizen Timinator, Jay Garcia, and Polarisman. It was a fairly close race (it always is in Mississippi), but every single one of these candidates ran a great, clean race and should be commended for it. I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with all three of them, and in time I’m sure they will all become prominent members of this community. Take note friends, these 3 are going places.

Next, I want to give a major shout-out to my Federalist Party family. In particular (and no specific order) I want to thank: stbob, Gaius Julius, fingerguns, Augustis, ther3alsyler, James S. Pfeiffer, and wingfield. Each one of these people deserves high praise. They are my closest friends, and in their own ways, they did so much to help the Federalists go 5 for 5 in these recent elections. Stbob stepped up to run for Congress, and helped me organize voters. Gaius keeps this whole Federalist ship upright. Fingerguns brings in new members by the truckload, and has given the party a complete facelift. Augustis finally made us a secure IRC room and is a rising Fed star. Ther3alsyler pulled in another huge win in Oklahoma, and is a dear friend. James S. Pfeiffer is the first Mentorship Program mentee to receive a Congress seat. Finally, wingfield who helped us get voters, organize them, and move them. We couldn’t have done it without any of you. Most importantly, I want to thank all the Federalist voters, and anyone else who voted for our candidates. We couldn’t do it without you, you’re the best.

EDIT: I was reminded by Augustis that Jane Barnet also assisted us greatly, I'm so sorry Jane, please forgive me!

So in conclusion, thank you very much Mississippi, and thank you eUSA for showing confidence in me and in the Federalist Party. We will not let you down!
