I am pleased to announce that starting today I begin my office as Romanian ambassador to your beautiful country.

The good relations between our two countries go way back ever since Black Cat Commando set foot on Bolivian soil bringing foreign finances and creating companies. In time the connection grew even stronger and by now you can`t really say Black Cat Commando is an alien organization anymore, considering that many of the actual Bolivian leaders are members of BCC or even created a sister organization called Black Llama Commando.





Together we fought to defend our home against the invaders and managed to put Bolivia back on the map.
Together we shall fight until the end of this age, for united we stand, and we can never be defeated!
