While I applaud your idea to do referenda, it seems to be that you only organize them for a few laws. Is that not a bit hypocrite?
cheers! we do one referendum per a congress proposal. there have been 2 votings in congress so far. we do not skip anything.
The referendum end in a bit less than 22h and the proposal end in the same time... All LCC delegates will be online in 21h48m02 sec to vote so ? Is it not better to have a debate before the vote, and not in the same time ? That's why we also have a forum... This tool can be very usefull to organize our community, and to not have such "referendums" which doesn't significate a lot at the end... It could be more interesting, if your goal is to bring the debate from the Congress to the -
- citizens, to make articles with summaries of the debates hold on the forum, and of the views from each congressmember or party... For the mpp debate, here is the link, feel free to join it and to participate to it ! It's also the work of a congressmember ; - )

how should i predicted the voting is coming? i'm not a seer. the debate couldn't start any earlier. maybe if the chilean prasident have let us known ahead of he pushed the button. thanks for the debate link. unfortunately, there is not a bigger discussion than here is. maybe this link would be more helpful http://www.erepbelgium.com/t6066-next-mpp-s

it's a good mpp. My question : the congress is voted by the population.
I think this question is hasn't his place in a debate public, why? Because we need a little private conversations. All persons can see that, it's not the problem of person who from other countries.
State Budget Law : 4 Mutual Protection Pacts will be budgeted each month for a total expense of 40.000 BEF.
Current mpps : >4 > result : we can't sign new mpp, or we need to adapt our state budget law.
@wim : we can't discut about discussion from congress here : i hope you are ok with that.
Ok, the population must know but it's not the problem of all citizens of the eworld who are reading our newspaper
I hope we can respect our private section of congress here.
It's not important for this mpp, but i'm worry about the next debate.
I like Chile because I don't think they like Argentina.
So yes. (:
outcome [6 - 0 - 0] thx for ur time gals!
i dont think private debate is democratic enough. is there anything we need to hide? but oviously its all up to u if u share ur opinions with the publick or keep it secret in the lodge.
it is not always a question off sharing with people, sometimes there can be a strategic reason to keep things secret until voted for example, otherwise all the eWorld en eBelgium citizens is different, this way you can attract PTO's for example, because they can see what is happening.
maybe you should have a referendum in congress about what is to kept secret and what not seems more logic to me.
or are you afraid that the citizens will lynch you if your vote is not their opinion?
the delegate who doesn't vote by the will of the people deserves good old fashion lynch. that's for shure. s/he is not there to do what he feels and how s/he pleases.
to prevent pto there r better measures than making the decisions in private.
