Re: Congressional Articles

To all those aspiring candidates out there, can I just say that nobody is going to message you.
You have to be able to come up with your own ideas, not wait for some two-clicker to message you about Congress missing the donation deadlines.
The next Johnny Candidate that says his priority is to listen to the people, is either going to be your next inactive Congressman or one without any idea of what to do.
And if they say they're here to role-play, let me know and I'll round them up and lock them up with all the wild DAL members I've been collecting.

Can't argue with that
I lol'd
But what about respresentative democracy?
I mean, Congress does have to listen to the people and vote according to the public's wishes, don't it?
I disagree with your comment on the two-clickers messaging Congressmen for donation deadlines. I had one notify me within 2 hours of a proposal finishing up. Some people are paying attention and do use communication...when there is money involved for MU funding.
DAL does not equal roleplaying.
Dio forbid people actually paid the slightest bit of attention who they vote for in Canada.
Congress votes as Congress wishes. There's no way of knowing what the public thinks, especially if Aeriala was able to get elected CP.
But be careful you don't confuse 2-clickers with MU rank-in-file. They don't show up a lot, but they're quite demanding when they do.
Thanks for the warning, Funky. It's hard to tell now. The main activity occurs in MU feeds and such, so it's difficult to become familiar with those who stick to those venues.

You mean crisfire?
I mean people like osbornm, EasternNP or Mirek12345.
doesn't crisfire show up everywhere Aeriala
Aeriala is just a bitter man/woman
I concur with Captain. Yes, he does show up everywhere...even in my dreams....or maybe it was the avatar...anyway, the ambiguous crossover was disturbing.
I didn't know that I was quite demanding really... thanks for enlightening me,Funky ; )
