Ice80? Rangeley was from Russia, Ice80 was from Romania. Rangeley was intelligent and could speak English well, Ice80 was not and could not. Rangeley is banned, Ice80 is not. Ice80 is not the second citizen, if there even is one.
Update: The second person was Kikimora, Rangeley's brother. Told ya.
