Altho i am the only one in congress...well me and BBB but once he reads im sure he will vote yes

I also thought i would write this so that the public do not go into a panic as they see us removing the php

My Reasons for this is to stop against any suprize attack from a Quick and Organized PTO

A small group can pop out of nowhere at the last second of proposing your candidates and then start voting themselves up

They will Gain barley any money that the Philippines needs and will be beaten just like the Spanish but this time..with no money to run away with

i know theres not an immediate threat of a PTO but...its best to stay on the best side of it rather than go with "maybe they wont come this time"

I assume the proposal is to move funds to the BoP org? Yes I agree. I worry about a PTO, particularly from the UK. Let's not make it worth their while.
