The new quotation of Price Index in Poland is 172.5 and shows huge inflation during last week. (From 110 to 172.5 is 56,86😵
.
The reason is increase of prices in food (from 3.15 to 5.20) and weapon (respectively: 3.15-4.20)
The insane offer of new company in food (32.5) does not come in Index, as this company doesn’t have any turnover volume with such high price.
The another problem is that with average wage in Poland slightly above 6, the food price at level 5.20 makes food for many citizens unavailable.

Yet you take into account the Q1 food workers when you have calculated the average salary!? The minimum wage in goverment controlled companys is 7pln. The private company owner are by their own held repsonsible for their own workers.
These numbers are statement of fact and not objection agaisnt government.
Indeed, the private company makes the stats a litllt bit worse.
It was not taken as objection against goverment. It was as you did stating more facts and reability to the numbers. Lets not forget the number of unactive companys with workers that exist in this country also.
So im just saying its really hard to get any actually real numbers out of this game.
I try to calculate the Price Index so it could reflect actual cost-changes of living. But it is diificult. For example: last time some quantity of imported food was sold in Poland. Weight of different goods in Price Index depends on turnover of domestic companies, which is known. So this sale of imported good doesn\'t come in. But it should. And in the future I will involve to Index Housing and Gifts industy. I really hope for cooperation of managments of comapnies in giving the numbers of goods sold in Poland.
