PRESIDENCY SHOWDOWN

Day 1,350, 07:14 Published in Malaysia Malaysia by Amli Nujhan

I’ve been the Minister of Education for 5 consecutive terms.
I’d end my monopoly on this ministry if I were chosen as the next Country President.

It’s never my intention to be a leader. It’s against my principle.
Never offer myself to lead anybody anywhere. Not even to dream about it.
Unless if I’m pushed forward.

Don’t blame me for splitting the votes.
I’m not the last person to declare my candidacy.
I was nominated by Fundamentalist Party President way back soon after the PP election.
I was on holiday during that time, thus it was made without my prior acknowledgement.
That made me the first guy officially running in this term’s CP election.

Satoshi Tomiie then refuses to make any changes regarding this.
And there’s no withdrawal button for me to back off by my ownself.

Like it or not, I have to represent my party.
Slaving myself to serve the entire eMalaysian.

What do I have to offer you?
Well, I’ll not present any lavish menu list for my election manifesto.
We’ll see what my old fridge can cater.

As a whole, since this month should be a peaceful month, we should drive out motives towards charity. ‘NEGARA KEBAJIKAN’ as our motto.

My short glimpse upon the other two candidates:
They have been my good friends for long… I’ve no arguments upon them.
In fact if Straatman were chosen to be the President, I’ll be entrusted in his cabinet to monitor his charity program.
For InfinityReborn: He used to be my employer in one of his company in his past life. He is the best manager I’ve ever encountered.

To be fair for everybody’s sincerity,
If I won the seat, I should assist Dr. Straatman’s prime project the way he want. And I’ll also polish what is in Infinity’s mind.
Not that I don’t have my own ideas, but let make others dream into reality first.
You may see the icing of the cake decoration as your final pleasure. That’s still a top secret… haha.

By the way, as the current MOE, I’d like to give my last advice to all.
Collect as many bazooka parts as you can… but never assemble any of them yet.
We might be having a ‘Meriam Buluh’ happy hour approaching ‘Idul Fitri Festival.

I believe this term's CP election reflects our true democratic spirit.
3 parties are nominating their candidates freely; free from any PTO threat.
But for my personal respect to other candidates, I won’t over do my campaign.

I will not say “VOTE ME”
But rather… “Don’t forget to vote in the coming election”
