Hello to everybody, I'm kurapica an italian congressman.
We had a lot of fun since the V1 (october 200😎
, more players, more enemies, more allies, much fun.
However, it seems that only UK and US citizen would have fun during the next year.
Why? it's simple...it's all about language. eRepublik it's an english-based game and, except Romania where is full-advertised, other countries such as: France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Indonesia, etc. began to loose power, just because the big difference of population of: UK and US, against The World.
Italians have written an open letter to admins, asking for a translation (like facebook did).

Let Admin's hear our voice.
Thank you for your assistance.
Ps: Admin's, during october, created a translation team. But this project is now forgotten. Our work is to remember them to start this project as soon as possible.
Comments
if you haven't learned to read english you are simply too young/stupid/lazy to play this game.
This is true, but why non-English speakers have to allow a few countries get benefit for this language reason?
Benefit? whta benefit you get for playing a game with your mothertongue?
It has been proven that many of us finns speak more fluent english by the ways of grammar than the people of UK themselves.
Go take a language course.
Im Finnish myself and I dont have any trouble with games that are in english. If every game should be translated into someones own mother tongue then we wont have international gameplaying or interaction.
If erepublik is translated to peoples own language then its like playing Travian in Finnish server with finnish people. eRepublik is a game for everybody and thats why it should stay in the english language cos nobody would talk to any other country cos they only know their own language.
