Join the new world

Guess what guys? We're back! It's a new(ish) congress !

The last few months, this council hasn't been used at all. Which is not only a waste of good resources, but shows a profound lack of care for the North West. We've changed that. This council is the stronghold of all things to do NW. Please do not message a particular congressman, as many of us have extremely hectic eSchedules. If you want the best efficiency, contact this org, Manchester City Council, because all 3 of us log onto it. Or rather, two of us, because sadly, one of our congressman, JRCS, has had to take a break from eRep due to family matters.

However, myself, and Srachit, are both experienced eRepublikans, and we both have the North West at heart. I myself was born and bred in Macclesfield, a little south of Manchester.
We feel that the North West deserves better than what it has been getting. Inactive congressman, who don't care particularly. We're changing that.

We feel that possibly, a small reform may be necessary within Manchester City Council. We feel that the positions held by Councillors should be reviewed. More info on this issue shall be releaed at a later date.
And of course, a reform has already happened, in that this article is being written!

We have many ideas for the North West, which could be put in place within the week. They would all benefit the citizens of the North West. Not us, the congressman, pretending to be doing work, whilst, actually, we are having competitions to see who can type the alphabet fastest (i plead innocent to this charge).

And, as is mandatory for Councils, we have many a competition lined up for y'all. Many of which are new, and therefore entertaining!!!!

Anyway, this was more of an announcement. At present, we both have extremely hectic schedules, so please bare with us, as we try to get the North West back where it should be.
