Northern Ireland gets a Q5 hospital

for some people this is old news, but for the ones that didin't know. that Northern Ireland is the first place in eUK to get a Q5 hospital, which is brill for the people of NI. becuase they can help out with defance more and not lose much, this is also great because i wrote a report only last mounth saying why we only a Q2 hospital, while london and other regions had a Q4 hospital.but i was told we were not important enough. i would like to thank all the tax payers, the PM and the hoc, for letting us get a Q5 hospital. thanks

Why do Northen Ireland get the Q5 hospital? shouldn't the hospitals of greater healing power be put on our borders with France?
