Like the other two articles point out, the resistance wars will start shortly (whenever the admins change the war module- they say it will be soon). According to the new system, the wars will cost 50 + (citizens in region*.25). The less people in the region, the cheaper the war will be, leaving more gold for postwar reconstruction of Germany. Please if you are in Brandenburg, buy 2 moving tickets and move temporarily. when the wars begin, THEN you can move to your respective theaters of operation.

Not much more that needs to be said that the other articles haven't already. Just make sure you have plenty of gifts and weapons. If another soldier has under 40 wellness on the eve of battle, gift him so that he may fight once and use the hospital. The Brandenburg hospital is ql4, meaning each use gives you 40 wellness. Downside is that you must fight at least once per day, and you can only use the hospital once per day.
