שלום לכל אזרחי ישראל,
לאחר הבאן של מיקי התמנו 3 שרים חדשים :

א.פרויקט החונכות :

לאחר זמן מה הוחלט להחזיר את פרויקט החונכות אך בצורה שונה,
לכל שחקן יתלווה עם חונך אישי לתקופה מסוימת.

הנושאים הנלמדים :

היום הראשון- ידע בסיסי במשחק ( כסף,זהב, אנרג'י בר, בזוקות,דיילי אורדר,כוח,יחידות ומפלגות ועוד .. )
היום השני- כלכלה בישראל ובעולם (מפעלים,עובדים,שכר,מכירה וקנייה ועוד.. )
היום השלישי - מלחמות ומרדים (איך פועלים,איך ניצחון נקבע,מתי מסתיים קרב ועוד.. )
היום הרביעי- פוליטיקה (בחירות לקונגרס,הצעות חוק,בחירות לנשיאות מפלגה,בחירות לנשיאות ועוד.. )
היום החמישי(ואם צריך בהמשך) - תגבור לכל התלמידים שנכשלו.

את הנושאים המלאים יקבלו מהמפקח(פרטים בהמשך).

איך החונכים מלמדים :

כל חונך יצטרך לעבוד עם אותו שחקן לפחות חצי שעה עד שעה באותו שיעור(השעות יקבעו ע"י החונך והתלמיד),
החונך יחכה לשחקן במירק (קישור למירק : http://client02.chat.mibbit.com/#ISR.MOI@irc.rizon.net) ויפתח איתו שיחה אישית במירק וילמד אותו את הנושא לאותו יום.
החונך ילמד עד 5 תלמידים ולא יותר.
בשביל פעילות זו אנחנו צריכים שיתוף פעולה של שתי הצדדים ואם נראה שמישהו לא פועל כפי שצריך יעוף מהפרויקט.


מפקח :

המפקח יהיה אחראי על החונכים ועל עברת החומר לתלמידים.
המפקח ייקבע ציונים לתלמידים וגם יקבע למי מגיע שבוע של תגבור על החמור הנלמד.
המפקח יכתוב את המבחנים ו ורשאי לעשות בחני פתע לתלמידים ולהחשיב אותם בציון הכללי.
המפקח הוא : orior50


בסוף כל מבחן החונך יצטרך לצלם את המבחן ולשלוח את התמונה למפקח.

המבחן הגדול -
בסוף הפרויקט, יתקיים מבחן גדול שיכלול את החמור של כל הפרויקט.

ציונים :
סדר הציונים על פי המפקח -

85-100 = תלמיד מצטיין.
60-84 = עבר את הקורס.
51-59 = יקבל שיעור נוסף עם החונך(החונך יסביר לו את הנושאים שנכשל בהם).
0-50 = צריך את יום התגבור .

ב. פרויקט הבייבי בום
קצת על התוכנית :
מטרתה לגרום להבאת שחקנים למשחק והכך להגדיל את האוכלוסיה הישראלית במשחק.

איך היא תפעל ?
אנחנו מתחילים לפרסם בכל מיני פורומים ובמשחקי דפדפן את המשחק.
שולחים הודעות לאנשים או מפרסמים באשכול את המשחק וקישור להרשמה.

A.Mentoring Project

We decided to return the mentoring project differently
to evrey player will have a mentor.

Subjects:

First day - Basic knowledge of the gam(money,gold,anrgy bar,bazooka,daily order,strength,military unit,party and more ..)
Second day - economics in Israel and in the world(companies,employees,Wages, buying and selling, and more ..)
third day - wars and resistance war(how it work,who win,when the war is end and more..)
Fourth day- Politics (Congress Elections, bills, party president election, presidential elections, and more. ..)
Fifth day- Reinforcement for students who failed.

How the mentor will teach :

Every mentor need to teach his student minimum half hour(The mentor and the student will choose the hours advance). They will meet in the IRC (IRC link : (http://client02.chat.mibbit.com/#ISR.MOI@irc.rizon.net ) and the mentor will teach the student.
The mentor can teach till five student.
For this subject we need cooperation of the two of them

Inspector :

The inspector will be responsible for mentors and material transfer students.
The inspector will write the tests and indeed may make a surprise Examine and consider them students overall grade.
The inspector is: Orior50

At the end of each test the mentor would take the test and send the image to the inspector.

The big test -
At the end of the project,
Will be a big test that include the worst of any project.

Grades:

Order of scores from the inspector -

85-100 = outstanding student.
60-84 = passed the course.
51-59 = gets another lesson with the tutor (the tutor will explain to him the subjects failed them).
0-50 = need reinforcement day.

B. Project Baby Boom

A little bit about the program -
Seeks to do to bring players to the game and rubbing the Israeli population increase game.

How it will work?
We begin publish all kinds of forums and browser games the game.
