Ministry Of Babies

We have a good influx of new players now. This is a result of our baby boom which is still underway. One problem is that these new babies have nobody to mentor them. They ask the Prez for help, and others. But the Prez has enough on his plate with Fruit's yabba yabba and Economical woes. So I try to help them, offer them a wealth of explanation. But I can't get to everybody, can I?

So how's about a Ministry Of Babies? What I propose is that we have a stable ministry choosen in co-ordination with all legit parties of ePakistan (so as to avoid change in structure when a change of govt. comes about). Hopefully somebody from every party will come and join the Ministry.

Thier roles are simple, help and monitor the growth of all Pakistani baby population. The welcome message will be rewritten by the ministry with links to "How to level up" article and a general look over of Erepublik and its features. Light but effective information. Also links to members of the Ministries will be placed as well so babies can ask questions.

An additional role will be that the Ministry arranges jobs for babies so they don't die along with information concerning babies will be provided to the government.

No... That is responsible for immigration..

What would be more practical would be a Ministry of Social Affairs, that would handle helping new players. The Social Affairs could also encompass wellness issues(giving gifts+ food to those that need it). A Ministry of Education could also eventually be established which I could do, but the problem with all this is that you need mentors, and atleast 3 people with access to the Ministry of Social Affairs org(Preferably not someone who is minister or president of another department, to keep power equal)
