Uno de los más importantes cambios en la dinámica de este mes de basa en un profundo cambio en la creación del Ministerio del Trabajo. El Ministerio de Defensa y el Ministerio de Economía, como tal desaparecen y sus funciones son absorbidas por los Ministerios restantes, actualmente todas las empresas antes controladas por el Ministro de Defensa pasan a ser administradas por el Ministro del Trabajo.

* Empresas Federales. Desde el PID existe la idea firme de que las Empresas Federales deben de mantenerse en un número severamente controlado y permanecer como parte de la administración pública solo hasta que su utilidad o función haya pasado, por las siguientes razones:
1. Ya no sirven para mantener un salario mínimo. En la versión Beta de Erepublik, se usaban empresas públicas para marcar la pauta del salario mínimo y digno que un ciudadano tiene derecho a ganar, actualmente en la V1 esa función se ha implementado en el juego.
2. Las empresas deben de existir solo mientras sirvan para garantizarle al ciudadano un trabajo seguro, ya que son complejas de administrar, costosas y poco eficientes. Además, siempre y cuando haya ofertas de empleo disponibles, ahora el ciudadano desempleado puede acceder más fácilmente a trabajos en la empresa privada con usualmente mayor salario.
3. Las empresas deben de existir solo mientras sirvan para garantizar productos para el gobierno, una vez que el Mercado de Producto sea grande y suficiente para las necesidades del país: Concretamente hablando del stock en Gift-Diamond, Food-Grain, Moving-Oil y Weapons-Iron para que las diferentes divisiones de la Armada de México y todos los ciudadanos de México tengan suministros suficientes.

* Impuestos: Creemos que se debe apostar por un modelo que a medio-largo plazo garantice que el Estado pueda autoabastecerse con los impuestos que reciba. Sería importante conocer si los impuestos que recibían las regiones las recibirá el Estado o simplemente no existirán.

* Aranceles y Nuevas Materias Primas: Tenemos que intentar llegar a acuerdo comerciales, preferentemente aliados, que sean beneficiosos tanto para México como los países firmantes, analizando el estado de sus economías y de la situación Estado-Empresas-Empleados.

* Edificaciones: A día de hoy, aún no se ha creado la Empresa Federal de Defense Systems, por lo que ya vamos por detrás de nuestros vecinos, algo que nos puede pasar factura y que debemos atajar en el mediano-largo plazo.

* Presupuestos: El Ministerio debe encargarse de redactar unos presupuestos que garanticen la transparencia del Gobierno y que sirvan para mejorar el sistema de financiación.

* Organización Bancaria Mexicana: El cambio de divisa sigue siendo muy alto y debe ponerse todos los medios disponibles para arreglar este desajuste. Esta debe de ser una de las prioridades a largo-mediano plazo para el Ministerio pues es un tema muy delicado que no solo afecta el valor del MXN en el Nuevo Mundo sino también la tasa de cambio que muchos gerentes de empresas extranjeros emplean para pagar el salario de sus empleados Mexicanos.

One of the most important changes in the dynamics of this month based on a profound change in the creation of the Ministry of Labor.
