Migrate industry?

Today when I was on my organization i saw this:



By looking at this picture, you can see what admin does instead of for example:
-stop multies
-reduce the number of health packets( stop mastercard era)
-do anything to make this game a STRATEGY game

Is this what the admin said about migrating industries?
- I hope not, becouse this is not what we wanted

Why didn't admin migrate moving tickets? Why did let us migrate from grain to oil when moving tickets companies will be removed when he puts new raws?
- I don't know, but I know that he wasted time making this "new attack rule".

What is it about? (the new attack rule)
-Automatic battle's-NOT GOOD
This is what happens in war: You attack a region, and the computer atomatic continues to attack other regions(of that country) untill you lose. That is stupid(but hey,thats my oppinion).
