I assume that the ticket is for sending them to Beijing where they can fight for health?
If so this is an excellent idea, I have implemented it within my companies employees.
Parhaps the tickets are for sending newbies form echina to other places where they can earn more.
In the future,Warehouse of Welfare will try to lend gift to 1-5lv
