It's Fine, Congress

There was some unrest about Congressmen voting Yes to the proposal we knew nothing about. The truth is we're helping Italy by signing an MPP with Switzerland. It has been paid for and it's fine. Sorry I wasn't able to tell anybody about it beforehand. I didn't realize they were going to propose it so soon. Next time I'll try to pass the news on to our Congressmen faster, if possible. However, this does bring up some security issues. From now on, when it comes to international proposals, please verify that you know what you're voting for. This could have been backed with some evil intent. There is no way to tell without my saying so. The best place to look or to discuss it is in the forums, of course.
