Hungary is returning the region of West Serbia to its ally Serbia today, and Baden-Wurttemberg will return to German control.

In a rare move that shows signs that the old world order is truly breaking down, Spain and Portugal have become allies despite long-standing and opposed international affiliations.

Norway has declared war on Finland, perhaps to run training wars.

Italy and Iran will likely soon become allies, which follows yesterday's alliance between Brazil and Iran.

President toroman of Bosnia and Herzegovina is being impeached, though the bill seems unlikely to pass.

Hungary has proposed to end its war with Russia, but voting is only its early stages. Hungary's alliance with Portugal will also likely pass both legislatures tomorrow.

Germany seeks to end end their war with Hungary and France as well.

Lithuania and the UK have ended their war, and Lithuania will soon be offering Estonia peace as well.

Aquitaine received a further upgrade yesterday with a new Q5 hospital. This follows on the heels of a defense system upgrade as the region borders both Spain and the US.

Switzerland and Austria will most likely ally later today.

I imagine my readers can quite easily see that the top news in the US is dominated by the upcoming presidential elections. This paper has no articles to recommend today, apart from the second debate, nor does it plan on endorsing any candidate.
