JOB

In eRepublik there are three working skills: Manufacturnig, Land and Constructions.
It is important that once you have choosen the skill, you only work in that branch (at least initially).
The reason for this is:
Every time you work, you increase your skill for a particular "branch" that you have
selected (manufacturing, land, or constructions). Higher skill means better productivity,
and better salary.

When you go to job market you'll see job offers for the skill from 0 to 7 +.
As a rule, more skill means better salary. Beside skill required and the salarie being offered,
please take a look at quality. Quality is expressed by green star from 1 to 5. Quality refers to the quality of the product, but also the consumption of your energy (wellness) at work.
Wellness is expressed from 0 to 100, and you can read it on the left side under your profile picture. Q1 company takes 1 wellness when you work, Q2 takes 2 wellness, etc.

It is important that when you work, you work with high wellness,. You can see that from company names, such as "wellness +90 xxxxxx". That means that employer require workers
with high wellnes, over 90. Workers who constantly work with low-level of wellnes, will be fired (except when player is at lower level and still not able to raise his wellness).

Another important thing is constant work, you should work every day without interruption. For every
30 consecutive working days, you'll be rewarded with 5 gold. Gold can be used in various
purposes, as will be explained in one of the following articles.

It is important to regularly check offers at job market for the skill youown. You do not want your employer gives you much lower salary than you deserve. Once employed, you can not resign within 3 days, and if you want to go from the company message your employer to let you go.

───────────────────────────────
WAR 1/2

Participation in war is one of the important segments of the game. Participating
in war you are helping your country or any other country which is your ally.
Also by participating in the battles you gain experience (exp) required for
progress in the game. Every time you fight you will get a 2 exp.

The first thing you should check before going to war, is the region where you are. You can check it in your profile. Certain regions have hospitals, in which you increase your wellness after fight.
Depending on the level of the hospital, it can give you 10 to 50 wellness.

Now let's proceed to the fighting. To enter a battle you must be at least level 5, and you must
have a minimum of 40 wellness . If you meet the requirements, then you should go to the list of wars, as follows: My Places -> Training grounds -> Show active wars.

Pay attention only to the active wars. You can only participate in those wars in which
your country participates or your alies. To see the list of alies, simply click on the drop-down menu allies that is under the flag of countries involved in war. If your country is involved in the war, then click details , then Go to the battlefield , and finally Fight .

You can fight until your wellness falls below the 40. Or you can give up the fight before, if you want to stay at larger wellness. In either case, do the following: in the lower left corner click on
Back to the battlefield , you will receive a message that your wellness can be increased in the hospital. Click on the Hospital and then Heal . You will get as much wellness as hospital in your region gives.
Note: you can not have more than 100 wellness, for example, if you have 85 wellness maximum you can get onyl 15 wellness. Another important thing is that the hospital can be used only once in 24 hours.

───────────────────────────────
WAR 2/2

After several days of playing, you've come to the 5th level. Your wellness should now be
between 40 and 45. Now is the time to start participating in wars. How to fight
see in the previous article. After you've fought once, renew your wellness in hospital (in the best case you will receive 50 wellness), and don't fight any more.

The next day fight again and try to make your wellness (with receiving wellness from the hospital ) closer to 100. For example, if you have a wellness 88 and hospital in your region provides 50, fight 4 times. After 4 fight your wellness will be at 48. Then go to the hospital and increase wellness on 98. If hospital in your region provides 40 wellnes, then fight 3 times, etc. So the point is to make your wellness day close to 100. It is important for two reasons: One is that when you are fighting with a larger wellness, you are doing more damage. Another reason is that employer seek and prefer the worker whose wellness is over 90.

Next important thing in war is Strength.
Strength incereases by training (once in 24h) and it effects on increasing the damage that you do in fight. It is therefore necessary to train every day. To see your strength, go to My Places -> Profile -> Bio. When your stranght reach amount of 5 you will recive 5 gold, also for strength 10, 15 etc, and for every 5 levels of strenght.

Weapon. Very important in fighting. Weapon greatly contributes to the total damage you do.
How much your weapon will increase your damage, depands on weapon quality. Higher quality weapon means greater damage. However higher quality weapons are quite expensive, so it is wise to
use Q1 weapons.
