Basically I liked the tools the general managers had in beta which were removed when V1 was released. Admin promised that they would make a new one and that was months ago. So I decided to make my own.
Here is a little overview of the system;
GM Records has been created to take the guess work out of running companies. It is designed so that a General Manager can get a recommended price for his product calculated from the wages he has set, get a recommended wage for each of his individual employees calculated from the price he set and even find the balance between them.
The workbook and instruction manual can be downloaded from here:

The parts that need to be edited are the areas that are grey, all the rest is automatic. If you would like any modifications let me know and i will do it up for you. I need something to do to kill my boredom lol
