For the Greater Good
Penguin4512
Today I am packing away my laurels, putting them back in the closet where they belong.
My days of being the President of Penguinist One Nation have come to an end.
And yes, I am a little bit disappointed.
But it was my own decision, and I do believe it was the necessary choice. Recently, we've had a baby boom in Switzerland. Almost 50 new members, all speaking French, joined the glorious nation of eSwitzerland.
I was contacted by Xavibong, JNArno, and F4uc0n, who wanted to create a new party for these French-speaking Swiss. They had tried to make a new one, but due to a bug they were unable to.
We could have waited a day or two for the bug to be fixed. But it was more important, much more important than my own hopeless goals, that we encourage this new growth of players.
I now announce the end of Penguinist One Nation. In its place, Switzerland will meet a quarter dozen new faces.
And now I will show you a random picture of a hamster. Hail Arschmann.

In my own name and in the name of Romandie, thank you so much Penguin. I'll never forget it. You're my favourite penguin in this world and in the other too!!!
Paul, maybe we need more convenient access to Google Translate. Like, eRepublik could have a built-in option to autotranslate player-posted content and just notify you of it's language, the same way the game translate the main content, though obviously it would have to be done automatically and thus be very clumsy.
Would obviously have a lot of errors, but it would be better than having to go put the stuff through a translator and read it with just as many errors anyway.
(was responding to Paul Proteus's comment about all the articles in French, there)
Yeah, that would make sense...
