I'd like to get some help as a company manager now.
The facts: My firm lost many workers between 0-1 skill.
My firm applies many new workers (with skill 0). After 2-3 days these workers left my firm without a message for higher salary. I need to note here that a worker under Skill 2 and with low wellness makes no or just very little profit.
So my opinion that a new player with 50 wellness isn't permitted to work for 1,5-2 more wages in a Q4-Q5 firm because a worker need so many wellness/workday as the quality is at the firm. So if a new player works for a Q4 firm and trains himself/herself then he/she needs 5 wellness/workday and with 50 start wellness...
So I know that all of players would like to earn more money to make a firm or to fight, but I think we need write more article for the new players and give some advices to their. I don't want to speak against the high Q firms because the economy needs, we need for these firms and their products, but we need solve this problem otherwise the smaller companies will become bankrupt and so will be many unemployed player....
That's a huge circle.
So I would like to ask the government to work out a "Trainee program" for the new players. I think now just for correct briefing at the start.
I'm waiting the comments from the firms with low and high Q and from the workers too.

I don't hire skill 0 works anymore because of 2 reasons:
- 90% of them quit the game in the first day (meaning I lost money by hiring them)
- When they reach skill 1 usually they leave my company.
I was the one paying more for skill 0 (2.4 dem), but not as much as other companies in skill 1 (3.1 dem). I can't compete with those salaries. They have higher quality so they obviously need to pay more. But the majority of the new players don't know they lose more wellness that way.
I know that the 90% of them quit the game in the first day, but i hire skill 0 workers because if just 2 stay in my firm from 10, they will be good workers. I have confidence for new players but I'm waiting loyality from their. If they have problem or would like higher wages write me a PM and not to go withput "uff". Maybe we can agree, maybe not.
Egy levél az új dolgozóknak csodákra képes. Maguktól nem fognak neked levelet írni ha előzőleg nem biztosítd őket, hogy írjanak nyugodtan, ha szintet lép a skilljük vagy ha kérdésük van.
Ráadásul ha kicsit törődnek velük, mindjárt több kedvük van visszajönni másnap. 🙂 Ehhez mondjuk jó, ha anyanyelvén kapja a levelet. Elég egy levélséma hozzá.
This problem is too common. Uninformed people maakin uninformed decisions.

Minden a cégembe felvett dolgozó kap a felvételekor egy tájékoztató levelet. Kb minden második héten küldtem nekik különböző tanácsokat levélben és mindennap ment a shout a cég helyzetéről aktuális dolgairól. Sőt gifetelés is volt, amire mindössze 1 ember reagált. Mit tegyek még szerinted??? Jah és mindig angolul és németül is írok nekik...

I wrote an article for the new players to about this system. I write a start message always with some advices. I will write an another article for the new members, but this isn't enough. The bigger firms use this "uniformed people" out and I think the government needs inform the new members to work out a perfect economy too.
I also think you as bosses should ry to contact your noobs as soon as possilbe. Why don't you just send them a standard message, greeting them, offering help and asking for a motivation message describing their plans in this game?
New players need orientation urgently! And support, I think that someone who is not going to feel alone in the first one or two days is much more likely to stay(in the game and your company)!
I for example, wrote to my boss and he provided me with good food and some presents boosting my wellness. He could think of a highter possibility for me to stay as I did the effort to write a middle size reasoning letter to him. Someone who is spending RL work, time and effort in this game (by writing a lot or reading all the newspapers) is much less likely to quit.
In my case it was more a lucky incident i wrote to my boss.
You are the responsibles here as the ones having more experience!
You could also ask your workers (who are allready confident) to write a good comment on you in some public place likely to see (esp by noobs).

I made it. I'm sendig always for my new workers a message, but it doesn't matter. They go for 4-5 DEM instead 2-3 DEM to a Q4-Q5 firm and will lost 4-5 wellness/day for 1,5-2 times more wages.
I have contact with my workers, i wrote that for Franz Liszt too. But in this case we can say that the bigger firms use this "uniformed people" out.
I think so I didn't make faulire. This isn't my task to hold the new german players in game. That's a typical task of government. This is the responsibility of the German Nation also eGermany.

Exactly F&F. The government needs to make a better "new player message".
I agree in the issue that new players are reallyconfused when they started. I admit that i made for 2 days this typical rookie mistake. Was working for F&F Investment fund and went to a other company. thaought i was really smart, got 1 DM more wages and did not understand the concept of this game 100 %.
This new job cost me 2 point of my health i stead of 1 and that is not a good trade for me. I am responsible for my action and i read the tutorial better after i made the mistake. So now i kow how the game works.
When new players start in a online game there will always be players that only stay for 1 or 2 days, but there also are always players that play for longer time and it courage them if they get help from other players.
F&F send me a message and gave me the hint that i was loosing more wellness and im grateful for that. Now i only have to work 1 more day and then I have to rethinks my situation I put my self in, but now i can do it with all the knowledge i need to understand the concept, thanks to F&F.
Many things could be improved for newcomers, especially the influence of wellness on different aspects of the game. The eRepublic wiki Tutorial should help, but I wonder how many people actually read it thoroughly...
