Price of food is too low,it should be at 0.72 if we want to have some profit 😛
0.54 is the price that we spend on grain,+0.17 that we pay per worker,that is 0.71.
And if you make 400 food per day,thats a 4 EGP daily profit.
Ofcourse,the companies will become unprofitable,and owners will close them down,but then they will open them again...
Its simple,get the food price at +0.72.

this is not working :/ we need free economy let them loose who cares. but most of them don't pay salaries
its hard to get any workers here and everyone sells their grain expensive... this will fail in the long run

The biggest problem is that most of these companies have 0 employees. I pay 10 people now down to 7 now down to 4 due to economy this is crazy, we as company owners should raise prices to min.80 EGP!! I doubt there are any people in Egypt who are unable to pay .80 EGP Food!!! This is how the economy weakens

Uhm free market. When is overproduction, you have to lower salaries. Todays I have done first salaries drop because grain is now much cheaper and will be probably even lower. I fired some workers and some getting smaller salaries...still high enough to afford fights.
Its skill of company owner to predict such situations and count with possible losses. some my workers are also not profitable and I cant lower salaries because 3 days rule...when they are high health I drop them salary when its possible and count with loss, when they work with low I fire them.
