The editorial crew once again apologizes for irregularities publishing the periodical, and for forthcoming ones as well. I'm afraid this will be inevitable until the New Year.

After the last issue we were fairly critisie😛 the «Chronology» column has almost lost its information value. I have to say it's a hard choice between the lulz and the valuable information. In this issue we have an opportunity to return to the second option. In our future issues we will try to «crossbreed» both lulz and information. How? We don't know how yet 🙂 So, if anyone could offer us some ideas — you're welcome to share them in the comments.
