I think we should have some sort of advancement for Jobs so I propose we allow people to work multiple times using this simple equation.
(level/10) + 1
So if your level 1 your work 1 time
If your level 10 you work 2 times
If your level 27 you work 3 times
If your level 666 you work 67 times
if your level 104729 you work 10473 times
If you are level 104729 you should be proud because this game is probably your life achievement.
Also your level is the 10,000th Prime
Anyway this would probably work out in eCitizens and Plato's best interest. First eCitizens would love to work more times. Second this system increases players insensitive to reach higher levels so players may spend more gold to advance levels.
This is just an idea please provide criticism below.

Great... instead of cutting out the extra-production, let's work more ... -> bigger offer -> smaller prices -> faster implosion of economy.
I see 2 ways of patching the economy :
1. The EB factory, that will consume food q1-q7 as raw material -> the prices will have a small boost + more energy to fight -> more weapons sold -> bigger prices for weapons. The problem is that this will only patch economy for a short time, not heal it. Plus, the admins wouldn't like the EB without realmoney.
2. Some sort of "specialization" for work, a new stat , lets say "craft" , that is similar with "strenght" for fighting,. SOmething that you learn in time, by training it, in other training facilities. Depending on your craft , you can build more or less products , like damage per hit. So the jobs for really good crafters will be better payed. Also, your craft will be different from job to job : your craft for WRM can be sky-high, getting alot of wrm, but craft for Q6 food can be 0 and craft for q7 weapon somewhere in the middle.
This way a 2-day clone won't be able to obtain the same amount of wrm as a 2 year old specialised crafter in wrm. Specializing the work will translate in less products on the market -> bigger prices -> bigger salaries. Also, if you want, you can be just a crafter, earn big money and hire fighters to do your job. So you have an alternative to the bashing of the "fight" button, because that is what erep is right now. Gold will become again expensive, because you have to train hard for working (too), so you'll consume more gold.
The problem is that at the begining, the prices will explode, a lot of small people will find themselfs without cash. But specialising in one field can bring them a lot of money in the long run. Also, working should be as fighting, as many times your ff alows it, maybe with a bigger consume of energy.
I think this one can heal economy..

The only way the admins can "fix" the economy is with an eduction module🙂 The eRep population continues to produce weapons in Q! to Q5 factories at a loss, thus flooding the market even more as well as inflating price of WRM. The commune system where members are paid in weapons many of which are sold at market price also distorts the market. Good luck changing the commune system🙁

i am not sure but also completely regulated market,
with bots maintain minimum price on q7 wepons and foods
but then it not capitalism, and it is not what i would like to see,
and only using gold to make factories!
then people have to donate to the site to make q7 factories and plato makes money and people who spend money on the game feel happy!
