Congressional Report: September 21-28
Hassan Pesaran
Sensitivity Forum
Proposed by Hassan Pesaran
This proposal aimed to define what sensitivity constituted, and what was deemed ok for the public to view. A broad definition is that a proposal is sensitive if, unveiled to the public, would impede the continuation of the proposal or would harm relations at home or abroad.

Process of Debating Proposals
Proposed by Deilos
For proposals that are not sensitive, they will now go through “Public Discussion”, so the public can give their input before the proposal is finalised, then sent into the HoC to be discussed in a more in-depth manner before being voted on. Sensitive issues will still go straight to the sensitive forum.

Proposed by malchert
The title says it all. LTU were unlikely to put forward a candidate, so TRP were proposed to replace them.

Remove all Government Products from the market
Proposed by Dishmcds
It was proposed that the government products on the market are surplus goods and will hurt, or are already hurting, the economy. This proposal would blanket all government companies until the release of V1.

Nice! Another 100% for me, and my first proposal!
Thanks for the update, and the new attendance format is great. It\'s a pity to be reminded that Widdows hasn\'t been here... Also a huge pity to see so many congressmen who haven\'t turned up.
Yeah, I been slacking this week. 😛
I thought I\'d made it clear I wasn\'t going to be that active this month - I\'ve already stepped down as Reserves CO and effectively stopped all Wiki editing...
I try to contribute on the forums too, but when I get back at 2100 some nights it\'s not easy to get time to read all the topics before I contribute to them!
Oh shall we ever see the end of this regime?
Yes, Billy, everything that has a beginning has an end. The tighter they clench their fist...the more star systems will slip through their fingers...
\"I thought I\'d made it clear I wasn\'t going to be that active this month - I\'ve already stepped down as Reserves CO and effectively stopped all Wiki editing...\"
Thats perfectly fine, Paddy. Ill stress again that these articles aren\'t putting the blame on anyone, just simply pointing out facts.
There are others who are in Congress, but arent contributing for IRL reasons also, but they happen to still be in Congress, so are on the list. Its nothing personal.
Billy....please stop trying to anger more people already. It\'s over, everyone already hates you and hopes you go away somewhere.
The current Congressmen we have are making big changes, and all of them are doing a great job more or less. The only thing we\'d see with you in Congress is
\"Make the Right Party the Only Party\"
\"Ban PCP Members\"
\"Discredit Bombadil and KBoomer\"
\"Sherlock Holmes must be praised for being inactive\"
etc. etc.
Why is the report about what is happening in the House of Commons called a \"Congressional Report\"?
Because it always has been, and makes sense. End of discussion.
Is it just me, or have TRP members been increasingly disruptive over the last few days?...
\"Billy....please stop trying to anger more people already. It\'s over, everyone already hates you and hopes you go away somewhere.\"
Its not \"everyone\",its communists and their satelites that hate me....But as William sai😛 everything that has a beginning has an end. The tighter they clench their fist-the more star systems will slip through their fingers!
Are you talking down to me Pesaran?
Nah, WoO has always been like that. Duno about Billy though, hes a new one. I\'m guessing we\'re going to be hearing a lot from him for the next few months.
Nice report anyway.
\"Its not \"everyone\",its communists and their satelites that hate me\"
As the last Capitalist Prime Minister of the United Kingdom I disagree...
Im not talking down to you, im just not starting a stupid argument about a name of an article.
\"Its not \"everyone\",its communists and their satelites that hate me....But as William sai😛 everything that has a beginning has an end. The tighter they clench their fist-the more star systems will slip through their fingers!\"
But the hilarious thing is, you will never be there to see that \"end\", besides... not everything has a definite end.
Energy never has a definite end =3.
neither does infinity. *bitch slaps you in the face*
Do energy and infinity have a beginning though? I only said that everything that has a beginning has an end!
Hmm... Can i ask about the reason behind withdrawal of government product? If the government doesn\'t sell their goods, does that mean the department of work is indirectly just giving up money which from what i undersand is from the money that the government issued (since i haven\'t been taxed here in cardiff) thx b4
They\'re still exporting, just not selling in the home market. However, you do get taxed at 1% on income, and there are also (very high) income taxes. But yes, most of the money is from what the government\'s printed; however at the same time, not only is inflation actually quite useful right now with our currency being quite strong, but the guns are being stockpiled, so they can still be sold in future.
Income tax is actually a whopping (in Erep terms) 10%, not the 1% quoted above.
Woo hoo. Made the top of the list 🙂
