As the Speaker for the Imperial Diet of Japan, it is my responsibility to inform His Imperial Majesty and the people of Japan about the Diet's activities, and this is an especially important matter.
We, the representatives of the people of Japan, have spoken. We stand in support of the President's ultimatum to the unrighteous members of the Pheonix alliance. We, the representatives of the people of Japan demand that, with the exception of the region of Heilongjiang, all foreign entities remove themselves from rightful Chinese territory.
We therefore give Most Noble President Dokomo our support in, should the unthinkable be necessary, a retreat of the island of Kyushu to the United States of America.
By a vote of 17 to 9, with 3 abstentions, we have spoken.

It is a vote YES though so thats that but I don't think it is representative of the majority of the people of Japan and the next COngress and Presidential Election will prove this.
