Congress Tax

First off I would like to apolagize for miss spelling filipino- this was an honest mistake- it was not intended to upset anybody.


With the congress elections commencing this day, the matter of a congress tax came in to my mind. The proseger would be simple and fool proof. Simply, each vicorious congress member would donate 3 of their 5 gold reward the filipino national bank. Much needed funds would be provided without unnesisery hassel to the government. This scheme worked well in Austria, when i was a congress member there, most of the congress members donated the correct amout of gold; it was used to fund army


Proceeds would be used to maintain the nation. Moreover the gold could beused to fund the army. by giving them moving tickets and high quality weopons. Although theses things may already being provided the money would alow it to be maintained for a long peroid of time.


In know that congress men can't be forsed in to paying this tax, sureley most of them would happily pay the tax out of love; care; and duty to the nation. Certainly i will donate 3 out od 5 gold to the nation.
