Join the new world

Hi,
i am starting a corporation of q5 companies
my main objective was to wait till v2 however since it is taking a long time coming starting now is not a terrible idea
i have myself and one other investor who have atleast 100 gold
the reason i am starting this is because unless he pays back tomorrow i made a loan to someone who basically gave up on the game and left me hanging
i had a contract but it wont do me to much good
anyway so now i want to start a company
i have a lot of time o my hands and about 33 gold to invest myself or 63 if he pays back tomorrow
i have a website preliminarily made
but all the information such as the contract for shareholders, and amount of companies is not in it
however i am completely capable of updating it and will often
my hope is to get investors in and start a company
we will then pay dividends of 90 percent shareholders ten percent management
management includes my take for managing the whole thing, plus advertisement, and unforeseen expenses

once we have the 420 gold needed for the firs q5 we will make it
and whoever holds those shares will help vote for what sort of company it is
