For some time now I've been wondering how the logistics of the commune system works here on erep. I would really enjoy a full description and explanation of how that works and what the logistics are in order to cover distribution of goods and assignment of resources in respective military units and communes in the game.
How much is worked and assigned per player?
How the raw material are gathered?

The following situation implies that you have Q6 factories.
So, you hire the maximum number of employees possible. They have to give the iron necessary to make the weapons+some extra(let's say 85 iron/q6 weapon).
The employee puts the iron on market on the price of 0.5 usd and the ones that have the factories buy it and the employee MUST return them the money. You have to put a limit per day in order to no get a lot of excess iron. You can use 2210 iron limit(26 weapons).
Also, the workers get the MINIMUM wage as payment and also they get 4 weapons each time they work.
All of this can be put in an excel or google docs and calculated each day. Each worker should get about 30 weapons per work day.

You hire people for a low wage let them work in your company and when they work give the 1/2 of what they make
It depends on the surplus stock you wish to generate.
In a perfect arrangement everyone works every day at a minimum wage. You divide the total stock manufactured equally between yourself and the workers, and use the fraction left over to sell on the market to cover paying the minimum wage. Having your own raw materials is easier logistically.
Remember total workers = wrm workers + wep workers... so effectively 4 weps per person per day. You can pay an additional 4 per week if people work every day.

For the Militia commune,
Everybody works in my companies for a wage of 1 USD. At the day after they work I look at who worked and they all get supplied. The workers have a choice between being supplied with Food or Weapons, and they get what they requested whenever they work.
I arrange the tokens to produce what is needed to be supplied, and "buy" extra tokens from the militia fund if needed. The supply is based on a zero profit model, and the supply is maintained even through low bonus times.
All in all, it makes it so that the workers get more stuff since profit and taxes are no longer taken out.
