About Turnout, well I think its an endemic illness here in eRepublik.
@asunder: The server takes a few hours for the power to be fully handed over. It took 2 Hours for me to get the Presidentis Office in my Politics Tab in June. Maybe they had to wrestle it from Shadow\'s hands. 😉
