שלום לכל חברי המפלגה .

ראשית ברצוני להודות לכל מי שהצביע לי, אני מאוד שמח על ההזדמנות שנפלה בחיקי לנהל מפלגה גדולה כל כך למרות חילוקי דעות.
ישנם מספר דברים בזמן הקדנציה שלי שאשפר או אוסיף על מנת לחזק את המפלגה, אני מתכוון להשקיע ולהשתמש בכל האמצעים שניתנים לי על מנת לקדם את המפלגה.
אני מודע למצב שאיני המועמד הראוי להיות נשיא מפלגת Israel First וישנם אנשים אשר מתנגדים להנהלתי הקרובה.
אני מוכן להשקיע במפלגה זאת ובמידה ולאחר הקדנציה שלי אני יבין שהמשרה הזו גדולה עלי , איני יגיש מועמדות נוספת בזמן הקרוב.
אנסה להביא את המפלגה לאחדות ולנסות לשפרה כמה שיותר .
ואנשים אני יודע שחלקכם לא שמחים שאני נשיא המפלגה אבל לא צריך לכתוב דברים כמו "אתה תהרוס את המפלגה" ברצוני לקדם אותנו ואך ורק אם אחדות נוכל לעשות זאת אם נעזור אחד לשני.

מה הולך לקרות :

א. אני הולך להציג מין פק"ל, שבו יהיו מדריכים למשחק,חדשות לגבי בחירות לקונגרס, הצעות וטיפים לשחקנים.

ב. המפלגה שלנו תחולק ל-4 חלקים:
1. שחקנים שאינם פעילים.
2. שחקנים מתחילים/חדשים.
3. שחקנים באמצע דרכם.
4. שחקנים מנוסים/עוזרים.

החלוקה תתבצע כך:

1. שחקנים שאינם פעילים - לא יהוו חלק מהמפלגה, אותם השחקנים ישארו אך לא לא יחשבו כחבר מפלגה.

2. שחקנים מתחילים/חדשים -אלו השחקנים החדשים שחלקם כנראה לא מבינים את המשחק בצורה טובה , אנסה לעזור להם להבין את המשחק כמה שיותר טוב ולגרום לעתיד טוב ומצליח יותר
.
3. שחקנים באמצע דרכם-אלו השחקנים שמשחקים זמן מה ומבינים את המשחק באופן טוב.
מטרתי היא לעזור לשחקנים אלו להתחזק בעצמתם, ולגרום להם ללמוד את המשחק ובכך להרוויח יותר מדליות וזהב בעקבות כך . בעצם ניתן לשחקנים אלו טיפים איך להתקדם נכון ואיך לשחק את המשחק בצורה הטובה ביותר.
4. שחקנים מנוסים- שחקנים שמבינים את המשחק יש להם ניסיון והם יכולים לעזור לחלשים יותר ולעזור להם להתקדם , משחקנים אלו אבקש טיפים למפלגה , טיפים לשחקנים חדשים, כתיבת מאמרים ובהם יוצגו דברים שיוכלו לעזור במשחק או בהמשכו לשחקנים אחרים גם למנוסים ביותר .

ג. כידוע מפלגת ישראל תחילה היא מפלגה גדולה. יש בה הרבה אנשים אשר מתמודדים, וחלק מהם לא ראויים כלל להיות בראשותה או שהם לא מבינים מה המשמעות של חבר קונגרס.
בבחירות לקונגרס איני אאשר שחקנים אשר התחילו את דרכם לפני חודש על מנת לא לגרום טעויות מיותרות . אני אאשר רק שחקנים אשר אדע מה הם בדיוק יעשו,עושים ועשו למען ישראל והמפלגה..

ד. אני אנסה להוריד מעומס השחקנים במפלגה הזאת , לגרום לשחקנים שאינם זמינים או שנמצאים במפלגה זו לחינם או כאלו שלא אוהבים את המשחק , אני אנסה לדאוג ששחקנים אלו יצאו מהמפלגה ויפנו מקום לשחקנים שמוכנים להשקיע .

Hello to all party members !

first i would like thank all who voted for me , i very really happy for the opportunity that fall in my hands to manage this big party despite to opinion Differences.

There are several things during my tenure i will fix or add to strengthen the party, I intend to invest and use all the means given to me to promote the party.
I am aware of the situation that maybe i am not the Worthy candidate to be the party president of Israel First Party. there are people who object to my administration.
I'm willing to willing to spend time on this party and if after my Tenure I understand that this job big on me , I will not send another application in the near future to candidate for this job.
I will try to bring the party unity and try to improve it as much as possible.
And people I know some of you are not happy that I the president of the party but you not have to write things like "You'll ruin the party" I would like to promate us to big stage
And we can do it only with solidarity and if we help each other .
what will happen next :

2.our party will divide to 4 parts .

A. Inactive players.
B.new/starter players .
C. Players in the middle of their way.
D.Experienced and helpful players .

the Distribution will be like this :

A. in active players- Will not constitute part of the party. those players will stay but not count like party member.

B. New/starters players- those are the new player that probably don't understand the game in good shape. i try to help those players understand the game as much good as possible and make them to better and more successful future in the game.

C. middle way players - those player that playing the game for a while not so long time and understand the game in good form . my target is to help those players to get stronger and make them learn the game and gain medals and gold for that. in fact we will give those player tips how to a on the game .

D.experienced players - those who play a long time and understand the game much good and they have experience and can help other players . from thise players i will ask tips fot the party , tips for new players and writing an article that will present things that will help for new players and even experienced players.


3.As we know Israel first party is a big party. There is a lot of people who are facing, and some of them not deserving to be here or they do not understand what the meaning of a congress man. i will not give to practiced in the Congress elections to new payers who started out before the month promissionin order to avoid unnecessary mistakes or still don't understand the game and his meaning . I will approve only players who know what they exactly will do, and have done for Israel and the party good things and supposed to it.

4. I'll try to down this party players load, make the players that are not available or are in this party for nothing or those who do not like the game , I'll try to take care of these players left from the party and provide room for players who are willing to invest.
