Fort Harlot employs 1/7th of the US population and loses upwards of 0.02 gold per employee. This is negative weapons production. You can spend 2000 starting companies and making jobs for all these people, or you can RW every High resource region in the occupied states.

It's time to start taking resistance tactics seriously.

The eUSA has 325 companies and 7159 residents. That's 22 workers/company when peak-efficiency is 10 for land/manu and 20 for construction. There are 3909 surplus workers in the eUS.

As of this moment, the eUS needs about 390 companies (~800 gold bought new+materials & wages). There are 116 companies in Texas and a Q5 hospital in California.
