As some of you already know, Mr. Baryford and I, offer help to new players through my personal independent "group", Wir Das Volk.

I think we could do a lot more for new citizens which is why *starting now*, any player (citizen of eUK or not) who is under level 10 can receive a supply of 20 Q5 weapons and 1,000 Food upon request.
