[TH]n Robbery #2 and the congress seats distribution

At the time of this writing, it is clear that the second crime will be successful, too.
So far the robbery proposal has received 17 "yes" votes and 10 "no" votes.

Can we determine from the congress seats distribution who these voters are?
The current distribution is:

Pattana Unity Party 3 congress members
Thai Military Party 2 congress members
Thai Independent Party 4 congress members
Laissez-Faire 2 congress members
eMAFIA 16 congress members

making a total of 27 congress members plus our president.

Thus the following conclusions can be made:
1. One vote is still missing at this point in time.
2. At least one congress member who voted "yes" is currently not a member of eMAFIA.

I believe that not all Mafia members have joined the Mafia party, but I could be wrong. I am however so incredibly disappointed and angry with those Thai congressmen who have resigned their seats. Were it not for their selfish actions, we would (just barely) have control of our country back in our hands already.

I am more and more becoming convinced that we should axe Albert from running this month and stick with Vincent just to keep that extra seat.

I think we need an emergency brainstorming session in IRC with our PPs and President.

I think that even by nominating me we can still hold control of our country's congress. The MAFIA cannot impeach me, and we thankfully do not have that much money in the country accounts. We can hold them off.

At this point the congress IS lost, we just need to keep the Mafia out of the Presidential seat. And personally I think Neurath would be the best Canidate for this. Vincent would do fine also though...

-> list these names to inform the public, and people should not give them another term in congress ...
