[SC] Nebula Pie Report 7

Dear friends,

with another week there is another Pie Report. As usual, I took the last weeks damage from each active player (😉 from each division, add it all together and displayed the results in form of pies. I've also compared all the active players and created TOP10 for each division. Few notable things:

- eJapan was able to surpass 20 mld of damage. eIsrael also reached its long-term maximum, being the third most contributing nation last week. eJapanese share in D3 also increased significantly
- D2 and D4 improved their damage from the last week.
- eJapan has 16 players in TOP 10, eUruguay 10 and eAustralia 9, followed by eCzech Republic with 3 and eIsrael with eMontenegro with 1.

(😉 I didn't include players from D1, who had less than 100000 damage. It shouldn't have influence on the results though. I also rounded up and down a few numbers.
