[SC] Nebula Pie Report 12

Dear friends,

with another week there is another Pie Report. As usual, I took the last weeks damage from each active player (😉 from each division, add it all together and displayed the results in form of pies. I've also compared all the active players and created TOP10 for each division. Few notable things:

- Thanks to th Halloween event, Nebula has reached amazing 93 mld of damage. eAustralia on itself improved by 20 mld and dominated in D4. eUruguay doubled its damage thanks to their D2 and D3.
- eJapan has 16 players in TOP 10, followed by eAustralia with 13 and eUruguay with 7. eCzech Republic has 2 representatives in TOP 10; eMontenegro and eIsrael only 1.

(😉 I rounded up and down a few numbers for weak players in D1.
