[SC] Nebula Pie Report 11

Dear friends,

with another week there is another Pie Report. As usual, I took the last weeks damage from each active player (😉 from each division, add it all together and displayed the results in form of pies. I've also compared all the active players and created TOP10 for each division. Few notable things:

- While all the countries stagnated with their damage, eJapan was able to reach its long-term maximum 24,28 mld of damage
- On the whole, Nebula did about 8 mld damage more than previous week.
- eJapan has 15 players in TOP 10, eAustralia and eUruguay only 8 this week; eMontenegro has 5 players, followed by eCzech Republic with 4. eIsrael has no representative in TOP10.

(😉 I rounded up and down a few numbers for weak players in D1.
