[SC] Nebula Pie Report 10

Dear friends,

with another week there is another Pie Report. As usual, I took the last weeks damage from each active player (😉 from each division, add it all together and displayed the results in form of pies. I've also compared all the active players and created TOP10 for each division. Few notable things:

- The sharp decline in eAustralian damage continues, as well in eCzech Republic. There are increased activities in Montenegro thanks to their war
- On the whole, Nebula did about 4,5 mld damage less than previous week.
- eJapan and eUruguay have 10 players in TOP 10, eAustralia only 8 this week; eCzech Republic has 6 players, followed by eMontenegro with 5, and eIsrael with 1

(😉 I rounded up and down a few numbers for weak players in D1.
